Dr. Alejandro Rodríguez

Dr. Rodríguez graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Santiago de Compostela in 2015. He subsequently completed his residency training in Neurology at Hospital Clínic Barcelona, where he developed a strong foundation in the diagnosis and management of neurological disorders.

He further advanced his expertise through subspecialty training in Vascular Neurology, a Master’s degree in Neurosonology, and a PhD with cum laude distinction from the University of Barcelona. His doctoral research focused on malignant cerebral ischemia, reflecting his particular interest in cerebrovascular diseases. As part of his academic and clinical training, Dr. Rodríguez completed international observerships at leading hospitals in the United States, gaining valuable experience in advanced neurological care and research.

With more than 10 years of professional experience as a neurologist at a tertiary referral hospital, Dr. Rodríguez has extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of neurological conditions. His clinical practice encompasses both the acute management of neurological emergencies and the long-term care and follow-up of patients with complex neurological disorders.
